Need to change URL of ondemand Jira instance

I'd like to change the URL of my ondemand instance from velirs.atlassian.net to velirjira.atlassian.net.

I did not realize when I was testing that the URL couldn't be changed without support intervention.

Please let me know what's involved and if we're at risk of losing any of the work we've done to date.
