Include a warning text in Backup Manager for the backup interval limit

    Description

      Currently Backup Manager plugin for Confluence, JIRA, FishEye OnDemand allows the user to create a backup once every 48 hours, but that's not included as a warning before the user clicks the button. As users might not be aware of this limitation and breaks any plans they have to take multiple backups.
