Ability to control which applications the project is created at in OnDemand

      As an admin, I'd like the option to control which application a project is created in OnDemand. Currently upon creating a project it will also create a Confluence space and FishEye project and so on, I'd like the ability or option to choose which applications to include or exclude in this option.
