Currently only Applinks 2 links exist between the products in Studio. We're finding that certain cross-app functionality will only work with UAL 3 so we should create these links by default instead of Support having to create them when (for example) customers can't load certain gadgets in their Confluence pages.

We should investigate whether it's necessary to use OAuth or if we can get away with something that doesn't prompt users to login and authorise (since this doesn't feel very integrated and requires more work than it used to for users).
