Enable threading of comments in JIRA issues - ala crucible

      I'd love to have the ability to have threaded comments in JIRA.

      I have a Product owner who adds a couple of streams of discussions in an issue. Given the flat nature of the comment system, it's hard to have a conversation on them, they just get blurred.
