Support for multiple email domains when assigning issue from email

    Description

      CreateIssueHandler calls UserUtils.getUserByEmail() instead of super.findUserByEmail() to find the assignee.
      findUserByEmail() of AbstractIssueHandler is overridden in Studio to convert alias email domains to primary email domain before calling UserUtils.getUserByEmail().
