Add studio.initial.data.xml property to JAVA_OPTS on Zeus

      On Zeus, the following property needs to be added to /service/j2ee_instance.jirastudio.com-<app>/env/JAVA_OPTS where <app> is crowd, jira etc:

      -Dstudio.initial.data.xml=/opt/jirastudio/build/current/init.xml
