Say I have projects /FOO and /BAR in Subversion, with /COMMON storing common code. Say I now fix a bug in /COMMON, and the commit message says "This fixes bugs FOO-123 and BAR-345". This commit won't be picked up in FOO-123 or BAR-345's Source tab.
This is because in Studio each JIRA project is associated with one top-level Subversion directory, and looks for commits only in there.
