Issue Summary

The Add to group option from the Service Account displays only 20 groups in the original user management experience

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure your Atlassian organization is in the original user management experience;
2. Create at least 21 groups with similar names, for example: group 01, group 02, group 03... group 21;
3. Create a service account;
4. Attempt to add the service account to the 21st group

Expected Results

The Add to group option from the Service Account displays all the groups;

Actual Results

The Add to group option from the Service Account displays only 20 groups;

Workaround

As a workaround, you could use the Add user to group REST API endpoint to add the service account to the group.
