      Issue Summary

      At the moment, it's not possible to add service accounts to groups during the creation or by editing them under the Service Account page when using the old user management experience.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Under Admin Hub > Directory > Service Accounts, create an account.
      2. It's not possible to associate groups during the creation since groups are managed at the site level.

      Expected Results

      It should be easy to add service accounts to groups under the sites.

      Actual Results

      It's also not possible to find the service account under the list of users in the site to be added to groups.

      Workaround

      There is a workaround for the time being while the site-level experience is being worked on. Once a service account has been added to a product/app, the service account MUST belong to the app's default access group:

      1. View Apps - Click on Manage Users
      2. Click on Groups - choose the default access group where the service account has been added to
      3. Click on the service account
      4. Click on Add to Group

      The shortcut URL is: https://admin.atlassian.com/s/{siteId}/users/{serviceAccountId}
