Issue Summary

After performing a full sandbox data copy in Jira/JSM, BRIE restore or a C2C data copy, the assets-related field values are not replicated correctly in the sandbox environment. The configuration field values in these asset fields are referencing the production instance’s jsm_cmdb activation ID, rather than the appropriate sandbox instance references. This results in broken or incorrect asset field associations in the sandbox.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform a full data copy from a Jira/JSM production instance to a sandbox environment or BRIE restore/C2C data copy to a cloud site
2. Navigate to any  asset-related custom fields
3. Observe the field values and their references in the sandbox for the scheme, and it will be empty

Expected Results

Asset-related field values should be correctly replicated in the sandbox, and the sandbox should use the same reference as the production instance.

Actual Results

The scheme value for the asset-related fields is empty in the sandbox.
