Issue Summary

During the sandbox creation process, some customers are experiencing that if you select multiple apps (Jira, JSM, and Confluence), one of the products (usually JSM) "disappears" after the UI shows the apps in "creating" status. What backend logs show is that JSM creation is failing and must be reattempted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the steps to create a sandbox
2. Select multiple apps

Expected Results

Creation is successful

Actual Results

Intermittently, one of the apps (usually JSM) "disappears" during the creation process because it has failed to create on the backend.

Workaround

Customers can re-add the failed app and it usually works.
