Issue Summary

When a Sandbox is deactivated due to inactivity, accessing the sandbox site's URL displays the Site Maintenance Message

Steps to Reproduce

• Load the URL of a sandbox that is deactivated due to inactivity
• The Site Maintenance message appears

Expected Results

The Sandbox site displays the correct status of the sandbox which is "Deactivated" Or simply show that the site cannot be reached.

Actual Results

It instead displays the "Site Maintenance" message which is misleading and might deter the customers from taking any immediate actions to make sure their sandbox is not deleted.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
