Issue summary

Marketplace app data cannot simply be copied between two cloud sites.

Assuming the app is installed in both sites, it's not possible to transfer the data between sites using copy product data. Each and every app vendor must be contacted to clarify the situation and determine what is and isn't possible.

Suggestion

Please create a means to copy marketplace app data between different sites.

Notes

• This likely should be split up into different issues to be tracked, for example, Forge/runs on Atlassian vs Connect apps, Jira apps or Confluence apps, and so on.
• This is a separate use case to CLOUD-10910 (sandbox copy).
