Include work type icons in the sandbox data copy independently of the attachments

      Issue Summary

      Currently, if you don't include attachments in the data copy into Sandbox, the work type icons are not copied over, which makes the work types in the destination look something like that:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have customized work type icons in your prod instance
      2. Perform a copy to Sandbox without including attachments
      3. See that the customization in the sandbox is lost

      Expected Results

      Expected to see work type icons copied accordingly, regardless of the attachments option.

      Workaround

      Run a new copy including attachments. As a best practice, we recommend running a full copy including all projects to run a clean-up task.
