Issue Summary
On a C2C migration, during the preflight checks, a customer that have some paid license (source and destination) is facing the below message when trying to migrate:
You're adding over 10 users to groups and copying to a destination on a Free plan. With a Free plan, you can copy up to 10 users when you copy groups with users added to them. To copy more than 10 users, copy users and groups separately, or upgrade plan. More about copying data with Free plans adding over 10 users to groups and copying to a destination on a Free plan
Related with CLOUD-11927 feature request.
Steps to Reproduce
On the customer instance, we could reproduce recreating the same migration plan as the one reported with the error. On their instance, this check only pops up when selecting this option in the "group memberships" part.

We believe that some users/grupos have some kind of association with some other product that the customer have a free license (in this case, they have JPD and Atlas, even disabled triggered the same message) and these checks are looking for outside the scope of the migrated products.
Expected Results
As the customer have a paid license, this message should not come up.
Actual Results
Customer is facing a failure check even having an Enterprise plan in the destination

Workaround
As it seems, this check does not blocks the customer migration, so no workaround is needed.
