Issue Summary

When performing Jira C2C migration using the copy product data tool, the attachment migration always shows 0% even when it was migrated correctly to the destination cloud or if its partially migrated (for example 97%).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a copy plan by selecting projects and attachments
2. Run the plan and observe the Status.

Expected Results

It should show the correct attachment migration status

We see the incorrect status as below:
