Issue Summary
When performing a copy of data from production to a sandbox, the process fails because of deleted filters. There's still uncertainty about how a filter can be removed if it is currently associated with a board. This should not be feasible which causes this bug.
Steps to Reproduce
- Using the copy data to a sandbox:
- From admin.atlassian.com find your organization and select Products > Sandbox.
- Under Actions in the product table, select Copy production data.
- Wait until the copydown process fails.
Expected Results
- Copy of the production data to the sandbox completes successfully (100%)
- No failure, notifications are presented/sent.
- Sandbox is usable and displays the data in the production environment.
Actual Results
- Copy of the production data to the sandbox fails almost immediately.
- A failure notification is presented/sent.
Workaround
There is a workaround that can be done by the Atlassian Cloud Support team. Please submit a support ticket from https://support.atlassian.com/
