      Currently, there isn't any option to copy project configurations and settings from prod to sandbox.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability only to copy project configurations and settings from prod to sandbox.

      Why this is important

      There are compliance reasons for moving ticket data, and only copying project configurations and settings from prod to sandbox enables testing flexibility with the sandbox for this type of concern.
