Issue Summary

When migrating Cloud to Cloud, the global templates are not migrated or they are partially migrated. 

Suggestion:

Support Global Template copy in a cloud to cloud migration along with attachment data, without any loss of data. 

As per What product data is copied - Cloud to Cloud migration Global Templates are not supported.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Global Template on a confluence site
2. Migrate the spaces and users to another the Cloud site
3. Check the global template section in the Cloud.

Workaround

You may need to copy/ recreate the global template manually or using some third-party apps  such as Source Editor for Confluence or  Page Source Editor for Confluence Cloud
