Current state

The new app switcher shows all organizations a user has access to in a set order that cannot be adjusted. If you have a lot of organizations, you may need to scroll to find the organization you want to switch to.

Desired feature

Ability to set a custom order to show organizations in the order best suited to the user. Alternatively, the ability to 'pin' or favourite and organization in the view would also help.
