Current state

The new app switcher shows each organization a user has access to, through a side bar of square icons with only the first 2 letters of the Organization name showing. The only way to check the full name of the organization is to hover over each icon.

Desired feature

Show the full name of the organization, under each icon, in small text that is readable without needing to hover over the icon
