      Automate an export in different formats. Currently only can email in HTML but ability to send in xml, excel etc would be good.

            You are already able to generate and email (or save) periodic exports from JQL queries with:

            1. Excel spreadsheet format (XLSX): Excel Automation Plugin - read the tutorial
            2. PDF format: PDF Automation Plugin - read the tutorial

            Currently we use Citrix to allow customers access to our JIRA instance. Some of them are wary of allowing the Citrix Receiver access to their local or network hard disks. It would be nice if they could get xls filter exports emailed to themselves.
