Attachments showing preview unavailable in issues after a cloud-to-cloud migration

Issue Summary

After a cloud-to-cloud migration of Jira projects, containing issues with attachments on the descriptions and comments, it is not rendering correctly the attachment view.

However, if the attachment is opened directly on the attachment section(inside the issue) and refresh the page, it will start to render correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project in site A.
2. Create one issue on the project and add an image to the description and in some comments.
3. Migrate the project to site B.
4. Open the issue and check the attachment

Expected Results

The rendering of the attachments works as expected and it is not showing the "preview unavailable" message.

Actual Results

The attachment is showing the "preview unavailable" message.

Workaround

In the affected issue, open the attachment on the attachment section and refresh the page. After doing this, the attachments will be shown on the affected issue.
