As a site-admin, I'd like to see a better error message when inviting a disabled user

      When inviting a user to my instance, this user could be disabled into another Organization that manages that account.

      The instance will just display a message that the account is disabled, which is confusing.

      Suggestion

      Add a better description and the next steps on how to proceed with that in cases like that.
