Better filtering and user export options for billing control

Admins would benefit for a better user export interface and additional options to filter what users to export to a CSV file, for example, filtering only the active users that have access to a specific product directly in the user management page and having the option to export only the already filtered users.

Currently the user export dialog disregards whatever filter is already applied in the user admin interface and the access groups have to be manually populated in the export interface.
