This ticket is derived from CLOUD-3635 to track customer requests for Cloud hosting in Tokyo region. Main objectives are:
- To comply with industrial regulations of data locality
- To improve product performance

昨年、リックソフトKomori様にてロードマップ情報を連携いただいておりますが（ありがとうございます）、その後さらに計画の見直しがあり、本日時点の最新情報では、日本リージョンの対応予定は 2023年10月〜2024年3月になっております。
以下にクラウドロードマップの個別の項目のリンクを共有させていただきます。

リリース計画はCloud Roadmapから確認できます。
Atlassianの決算期は7月始まりですが、Cloud Roadmapは1月始まりです。
現在、日本リージョンの開設予定はQ1 - Q2 2023（2023年1月〜6月末頃）となっています。
当初は Q1 - Q2 2022（2022年1月〜6月末頃）で計画されていましたが諸事情あって計画が先送りされました。
