Currently, the amount of storage used can be checked in the "Storage" menu in the site admin area, though this is product level. It would be great if users can see the break down by spaces or projects.

Hello Atlassian team,
We strongly support this feature request because currently, when we approach storage limits, we are essentially “blind” regarding which projects or spaces consume the most storage. The data provided at product level (e.g., Jira as a whole) is too general for effective storage management, especially in large organizations with many projects.
Although there is functionality showing tickets consuming the most space, aside from being limited it lacks clear distinction by product or project, which makes prioritizing cleanup efforts difficult and inefficient. For example, if storage pressure exists in Jira Service Management but not in Jira Software, knowing ticket-level details without product context is not helpful.
Being able to see storage usage broken down by project or space would greatly improve our ability to manage data retention, delete attachments or other large items where needed, and avoid hitting storage limits unexpectedly.
Thank you for considering this improvement — it would be a significant help for admins managing storage across multiple projects and products.
Best regards,
