Description

Summary

Users from within China experience slower performance with Atlassian products.

Cause

This is due to Great Firewall of China blocking or restricting internet contents from outside China.

Note

Atlassian discloses domains and IP addresses that need to be allowed: IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products.

Workaround

Using a VPN provider (preferably outside China) Could help boost performance. No guarantees on how much is expected.
