Improve the localStorage management in Confluence/JIRA.

      Currently, a few Confluence / JIRA functionalities seem to fill up the browser's local storage, which results in features not working properly.

      It would be great to have the localStorage management improved in a way to avoid a potential loss of functionalities until the localStorage is cleared.
