Unable to paste rows using the paste button.
The editor does not seem to recognize when I have "cut" or "copied" a row.

Reproducing the issue:
1) A page created from a template that includes a table (not sure if this is relevant, but it's true)
2) Fill in data for the cells in a given row on the table
3) Hit the "Copy Row" button in the toolbar
4) The "Paste Row" button remains grayed out. Clicking it does not allow me to paste. I've tried inserting a row and seeing if inserting in a blank space would turn the functionality on.
