Steps to reproduce
- Admin has the Domain verified in the instance
- Navigate through the User Management
- Try to update the user's full name of a user that is currently set as private.
- User management shows the message "successfully updated."
- The changes were not accepted
Expected Result
Admin would receive an error such as "The Atlassian Account is a "private" account so we can't update the user's details", and full name change fails.
Actual Result
Admin receives "successfully update" message, but the user's changes don't change.
