Create a better way to navigate between changed files when examining diffs.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Review a diff
2. The only way to navigate between files right now is to click (or use keyboard shortcut ‘J’)

Results:
Frustration, anger, rage clicking through each file.

Instead, I’d like the option to enable a continous scroll that when hitting the bottom a changed file it automatically loads the next file in the right pane.
