For the same reasons mentioned in JRA-37777, this is important in Bitbucket Server. Right now there is no way to filter notifications where I am @mentioned as my name just appears in the text of the comment in the email but gmail (and probably other email clients) will match my name in the to field as well as in the text and so such a filter matches every notification from Bitbucket.
