    Description

      Problem Definition

Currently in Bitbucket Server forking is enabled for repositories by default. An administrator can use the feature.forks property to disable forking completely, but there is no way to change this so that forking is generally enabled on the server but disabled by default on repositories.

      Suggested Solution

There should be a way for an administrator to disable forking for repositories without having to disable forking entirely on the server level.

      Workaround

The only workaround is to manually disable forking for those repositories which shouldn't have it enabled.
