I'm in a pull request with two other coworkers reviewing a body of work by a fourth coworker.

I have left line specific comments on three files, which show up in Overview on the pull request, and other people can see them in the files themselves.

However, a coworker of mine has left comments on a File, and I cannot see these comments, nor do they show up on the Overview summary of the pull request. Only she can see these comments.

Is this a known issue with our version of Stash?
