User A has Ignore Whitespace turned OFF.
User B has Ignore Whitespace turned ON.

User A makes a comment in the stash's ignore whitespace region.

User B looks for the comment in the diff view but can't see it. User B tries to click Show More to look for the hidden comment, but doesn't see it either. User B needs to either turn off Ignore Whitespace or go into Overview tab to see the comment, but loses context
