A link in a PR comment exists for a JIRA key ABC-123.
Two JIRA instances are linked - the current user only has access to the one that houses ABC-123.
Click normally in the link and it works as expected, showing the issue in a popup. But if instead of clicking normally, you click with Command pressed (open in new tab), it tries to redirect to the wrong JIRA instance (that you don't have access to).
