When deleting a Project or Repository, enforce more purposeful action before allowing deletion

    Description

      When a user clicks 'Delete', a lightbox is shown with the default action (executed by simple Enter) being DELETE rather than CANCEL.

      We should make it slightly more difficult to remove something: suggest typing "delete" as a confirmation.
