Delete button is sometimes selected by default, sometimes not

      When deleting a user or repo, the Delete button in the popup is selected by default. This is not the case when deleting a project. The safest option would be to always have the Cancel link selected by default. Regardless, it should be consistent.

            bplump - I feel having the cancel button auto selected is the best option. I think its best to make the delete action harder to do as it is permanent.

            rriegger - Do you have any strong feelings on the default action of the "Delete" dialogs? From what crolf says, it sounds like there are 2 dialogs with Delete as default and 1 with Cancel as default (or maybe no default). I'm tempted to go with the minimal change and "fix" the project delete dialog to set Delete as default.
