    Description

      Problem Definition

The pull request list page shows comment counts for each pull request, but it does not give any more information about who or when. More specifically, it doesn't show if any comments have been made after the latest code change on the pull request.

It would be useful to be able to use the list of pull requests to get an overview of whether they need attention specifically for the logged in user. Currently you cannot determine the latest action, only being able to see if I the user is involved in them.

      Suggested Solution

Create another filter for the list page (similar to "I'm reviewing") to highlight pull requests that have been updated and require attention from the logged in user, for example "Needs my attention"
