Description
When I receive mail about other people's comments on the pull request, always include my current status on the pull request.
For example: I go into a pull request, make a few comments and approve it. A day later, other people comment on it... and I have to recall... did I comment on this yet? Did I review it? Did I approve it? I have to open the pull request to check that whereas if my current activity on the pull request was in the footer of the notification, I'd know that I already dealt with that pull request.
When there are a pile of open pull requests, it starts getting hard to remember which are outstanding in my inbox and which aren't.
