So as TL I get included on a lot of PRs and therefore get a lot of notification e-mails from Stash.

Currently the PR notification e-mails only tell me what other people did (someone approved, someone left a comment etc). They don't tell me anything about my involvement.

I would love an extra line on the notification saying "You've already approved this PR" or "You still need to review this PR".

Right now pretty much for every PR request e-mail I get I have to click through to stash to see if I'm already done with it or if I also need to look at this (I get so many right now that its easy to lose track).
