I went to create a Pull Request. For the target branch dropdown/select menu, it always highlights the first item. I would expect it to highlight the currently selected item.

Example (see attached), "release/maven" is selected, yet when the dropdown expands, it highlights "master", implying that "master" is the current selected item.
