PR Inbox should include Recent PRs, regardless of the approval status

      As soon as a user Approves a PR, it is removed from his/her inbox. As these PRs occasionally need to be accessed for reference, there is a use case for having an easy access point for them still.

      It would be good to have a recent PRs tab as well that shows PRs that a user was a part of (either as Creator or Reviewer). Maybe show the last 5?
