In some dialogs in Stash, you are able to navigate with the keyboard with the 'tab' key and focus can be on elements behind/outside the dialog.
Affected pages:
- Repository Settings -> Merge checks -> Conifugre Merge Check (ex. Minmum Approvals)
- Administration -> Application Links -> Create New Link
