Currently we are using an Open Source license of Atlassian Stash to host our public source code repositories, however there are a number of features which we would like added to ensure better collaboration across the community. I understand that Stash is designed for enterprise usuage, however we feel that these small feature improvements could benefit other users as well.

• Forked repositories maintain their parents public setting, or even better an option to make all repos public.
• Pull requests can be viewed by users who are not logged in.
