Nowadays Stash keeps the ports configuration in the server.xml file which is distributed with the installation file.
This said, when an upgrade/reinstall is made, the ports should be set again.
It would make the customers life easier if we could store this information in a file under STASH_HOME, so in the upgrade process the ports will me kept.
