Provide ability to see how many open pull requests another person has

    • We collect Bitbucket feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Similar to STASH-2748, it would be beneficial to see how many open pull requests another person has. This would be beneficial for when selecting reviewers, so that I can avoid someone who is overloaded.
