Configure hipchat notifications to toggle whether users in room are "notified"

      Hi there,

      By default the notifications in a room in HipChat has the notify parameter set as off (see API documentation: https://www.hipchat.com/docs/api/method/rooms/message).

      It would be useful to be able to toggle that flag in the HipChat integration settings.

      We Ended Support for HipChat Integration

      We have discontinued the development of all chat products. HipChat Cloud services were shut down in February 2019, while HipChat Server and HipChat Data Center reached their end of life in May 2019 and September 2019, respectively.
